Voting sticker designed for the City of Richmond Office of Elections, and used at 72 polling places throughout the city since the 2024 presidential election!
The art style and palette were inspired by Schoolhouse Rock! and it's ability to translate and normalize political concepts, and make civic participation feel inspired and engaging. The character of the Virginia opossum was chosen as a symbolic personification of the Richmond voter and down-to-earth spirit of the city, and partly inspired by the namesake and native status of the opossum in Virginia (as well as their frequent spottings around the city!).
